TeamWork has developed a Mentoring Program for high school juniors and seniors who participate in the nationwide AVID college bound teaching and learning program. These students, who are recommended by their AVID teachers, qualify to receive college scholarships from TeamWork in partnership with Project STARS, a Florida prepaid scholarship program. This is an award of 60 credit hours to attend a Florida college, or 30 credit hours to attend a Florida university.

17 of these mentored scholarships, known as TeamWork/STARS Scholarships, were awarded in 2023.

In accordance with the mission and vision of TeamWork, this application for an Instrumental Music Program Grant, known as an IMP Grant, is being made available to Title I elementary schools in Palm Beach County, based on 75% or more of free or reduced meals for financially eligible students.

If you are an AVID Teacher in a Palm Beach County High School AVID Program, please contact TeamWork to determine if any of your students may qualify to be mentored for this scholarship opportunity.
