Scholarship Program

Over the past 13 years, TeamWork has awarded more than $1 million in college scholarships, helping students from across Palm Beach County pursue higher education—regardless of their financial circumstances.

Today, this commitment has evolved. Our goal is not only to help students achieve their educational dreams, but also to build a local pipeline of talent to fill jobs within our growing community.

To that end, starting in school year 2025-26, we partnered with Palm Beach State College to create a dedicated cohort of TeamWork Scholarship recipients.

This program provides students with academic support, career counseling, tutoring, and financial aid assistance—preparing them to either enter the workforce upon graduation or continue their education.

Instrumental Music Education Program (IMEP)

Since 2013, TeamWork has strengthened arts education in Palm Beach County by providing instruments, and supplies, to Title I elementary and middle schools launching band or string programs.

Today, our work continues through an Artist-in-Residence program, which brings professional musicians into classrooms to teach, mentor, and inspire the next generation.

TeamWork’s support will impact over 2,500 students during an average school year.
